Aroma Dance Company was founded in Fall of 2019, with the amazing partnership of Co Founder Juanita Williams. Neí Bass took full directorship in Fall of 2021. It is a privilege to share God’s love and light through the arts to churches, conferences, arts festivals and in-house outreaches. Always looking to God as to where he is calling us next!

Neí Bass, is the Co Founder and Creative Director of Aroma Dance Company.
She was introduced to movement at the age of six and has trained in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, and many other various styles. She has a competitive background in dance and have taught at multiple studios throughout Oklahoma.
Dance and art has been an escape for her when things have been hard in life. As she has been walking with the Lord, it has been a way to give back and connect with our Father God, the Creator Most High! Worship dancing is a place where she meets with God and He meets with her. She believes God wants this to be true for so many others too!

Her desire for the arts is to cause expansion in the kingdom of God and share stories of God’s vast and overwhelming love through movement. Excellence and creativity go hand and hand to reveal God’s idea. There’s a call on her life to help others be invited into the original master plan for both creation and art.

Mariah Ward

Mariah Ward is a wife and mom of three beautiful children. She has been classically trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary and other various styles for 15 years. She has known ever since she was little that she wanted to be a dancer, and being able to combine dance and ministry for the Lord is a dream come true. Mariah has a heart for reaching and loving others, and is thrilled to be a part of such a beautiful God-centered dance company that makes that possible through the arts in such an excellent way.
Mariah also has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle, treating our bodies as temples, and encouraging other moms to do the same. She has been focused on nutrition and working out for five years, and has gone through a pregnancy and postpartum continuing this lifestyle. She loves helping others in this capacity by coaching and advising them. She is blessed that both of these worlds are harmonious while being a part of Aroma Dance Company.
